Capture

With a photograph, I am unable to capture an image that stirs my heart. The result always seems to lack the very thing that drew my attention in the first place. It is for this reason I paint; I want to see what I feel.

On a recent trip to Brad Huston's photo site, I could not resist this image. (I am not showing it to you, I want you to go there and see his other work as well.) If I could capture the subtle hand of God's brush like this, my own paint would not be needed. Well done, Brad.
